Plastic injection moulding
Our mould tooling department can make single and multi-cavity plastic injection moulds, hot-chamber and cold-chamber moulds, mold for silicone/thermoplastic elastomers and rubbers (TPE, TPU, TPV, TPR), mold for two component injection (two-shot) molding machine (plastic + plastic or plastic + TPE/TPU), molds for spin casting or centrifugal rubber mould casting (CRMC).
Our injection department makes production of parts using plastic injection moulding (ABS, PP, PC, PS, PA6, PA66, PE), production of silicone/thermoplastic elastomers and rubbers parts (TPE, TPU, TPV, TPR), molds for cable and connector overmolding, low pressure moulding (LPM) for PCB encapsulation, over-moulding of metal and plastic components and inserts.
Moulded parts can be painted using acrylic-polyurethane paint, varnish coating, two-component polyurethane enamel with the "soft-touch" effect, applying tampon printing (pad printing), silk-screen printing and laser product labelling.
